The White Oak Project was the first of its kind in Chattanooga offering a retro streetscape of new mid century modern style homes. Each of the 5 floor plans were uniquely designed one level homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The goal was to offer small affordable modern bungalows with butterfly rooflines, architectural carports, and bold color palettes for a strikingly modern curb streetscape. 3 of the homes are located on White Oak Road with concrete flooring while the other 2 homes adjacent on Pine Breeze have tall crawl spaces for storage. At a value friendly price point and offering a unique design, this small development made a big impact on North Chattanooga.
