The Outpost is a new mountain modern community in the foothills of Chattanooga, TN. Modern design integrated with natural elements perfectly compliment the stunning views of Lookout, Aetna and Raccoon Mountain. While tucked away in nature close to hiking, biking and boating, The Outpost is just a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. There are 4 different 2 story floor plan designs with 2 and 3 bedroom options. 2 floor plans have 1 car garages and primary bedrooms on the main level. There are 3 unique design options inspired by the natural elements offering a distinct mid century style. The goal of this project is to provide a modern low maintenance escape outside the city that allows one to enjoy all nature has to offer.
