Spruce Street Villas, located in the heart of the Highland Park Neighborhood, was a new construction project consisting of 2 duplex buildings side by side. Each individual villa is one level with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The layout is open and minimal with the bedrooms located on either end of the home for privacy. Concrete floors were utilized to create easy maintenance and affordability as the goal of this project was 4 short/mid-term rentals.
