Located within the South Broad district, Riverwalk sits between the quickly developing South Side and the historic neighborhood of St. Elmo at the Riverwalk city park. The South Broad district is historically an industrial area of town home to metal scrapyards but is currently undergoing a transformation into a new and dense residential district and the future home of The Chattanooga Lookouts Stadium. The primary goals were to maximize the density of the site, create a protected urban green space, and create a bold modern impact architecturally that provides a visual statement to a location being revitalized. 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom floor plans were offered for sale.
