La Casa Negra is a Mid-Century Modern remodeled home located in North Chattanooga, TN. We took this home to the studs and added all new windows, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and duct work, spray foam insulation, tankless water heater, sheetrock and doors. The goal was to open the living area up to the sleek new kitchen with custom floating cabinetry. This home became a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with custom floating staircases. The Primary suite includes a large walk in closet, new private master bathroom with cedar floored shower, floating cedar bench, double shower head, custom shower glass and custom floating double vanity. Guest bathrooms include custom floating vanity with quartz countertops and large soaking tubs surrounded with tile. The design also included a separate den with gas fireplace and terrazzo tile flooring. New siding painted black with cedar accents and new modern garage doors updated the exterior appearance, inspiring the name La Casa Negra.
