Avalon is a remodeled home taken to the studs in a prime established neighborhood on a large level corner lot. All new windows, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and ductwork, spray foam insulation, tankless water heater, sheetrock and doors were added. The Primary Suite gained an all new bathroom with the custom floating vanity, tiled shower with custom shower glass, walk-in closet and vaulted ceilings. The porch was enclosed to create a home office, and added additional square footage to the home. The home was returned to the mid century era with modern lighting, tile, and custom cabinetry.
